MEDIATED MATRESCENCE STUDY
Motherhood, identity, communication, and digital life
The Mediated Matrescence Study explores how first-time mothers navigate identity, relationships, support, health information, and digital life during the transition to motherhood.
We are currently seeking U.S.-based women who became, or are becoming, first-time mothers at age 40 or older.
How Participation Begins
Participation begins with a brief eligibility and interest form.

02 · RESEARCH TEAM REVIEW
The research team reviews submitted information as part of the study’s online recruitment process.
03 · STUDY INVITATION
Individuals who appear eligible may receive additional study information and a survey invitation separately.
Completing the eligibility form does not obligate you to participate in the research.
YOUR PRIVACY
The public Mediated Matrescence website does not collect research responses. Research-related information is collected through designated study forms and research platforms.
